Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of the retail showroom, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance and training where necessary
- use your passion for interior design to assist customers in selecting flooring products that complement their homes or businesses
- offer design consultations, helping clients envision how different flooring options can elevate their spaces
- build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized service and expert advice
- keep the showroom displays updated and visually appealing, reflecting current design trends and styles
- manage stock levels and ensure the availability of popular products to meet customer demand
- collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from sale to completion
Requirements
- A strong passion for interior design and a keen interest in transforming spaces
- proven experience in retail sales management, ideally within the flooring, interior design, or home improvement industries
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a sales team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- design-oriented mindset, able to offer creative solutions to customer needs
- proficient in managing store operations, including inventory management, reporting, and customer service
- experience with design software or tools is a plus but not required
