- conducting roof inspections and assessments
- installing, repairing, and replacing roofs using different roofing materials
- ensuring roofs are properly waterproofed and insulated
- carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on existing roofs
- collaborating with team members to complete projects within agreed timelines
- maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements
- proven experience as a roofer, preferably in a residential setting
- strong knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- competency in both pitched and flat roof systems
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- valid CSCS card or relevant certification
- full UK driving license
