Responsibility

  • owning every aspect of the building including sales, hospitality and operations
  • providing a five star member experience from opening to close
  • maximising sales e.g. through managing inbound leads, converting them into members and retaining existing members
  • managing the Club team to ensure they are well trained, confident and engaged
  • become the face of Drop-in both with members and the local community away from the club
  • planning events for the Club
  • managing the Club P&L including all operating costs
  • creating effective marketing activities e.g. via CRM, promotions, social content and local activities

Requirements

  • at least 24 months managerial experience leading a small business unit and a team made up of individual contributors
  • barista experience
  • understanding and experience leading a team
  • must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience

  • proven ability to train and lead others
