Responsibility
- contribute to our ad testing strategy to produce industry leading data driven ad creatives
- create unique, in-house designs for artwork prints and posters
- edit framed artworks into interior photos to create hyper-realistic mockups
- create visual concepts and retouch images to ensure they meet web and social media standards
- make artwork files print-ready and carry out proof checking prior to professional photo and art printing
- design templates and adhoc assets to support blog articles and weekly email newsletters
- create bespoke lead-story assets and design executions that constantly surprise our community and push the boundary of what content in this space can be
- identify opportunities to create exciting DROOL merchandise drops
Requirements
- A stand-out portfolio that demonstrates your creative ability and imaginative mindset
- video editing and motion design
- highly proficient in working with Adobe CC
- experience working with CMS
- A passion for the arts, creative industry and all things design
- capable of keeping commercial objectives and the ‘bigger picture in mind when designing
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced company
- happy to take feedback, develop or re-working ideas to meet the needs of a brief
