Responsibility
- plan and monitor the day-to-day running of drone flights across the pilot team to ensure smooth progress
- liaise with Business Development Director to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- interview, supervise remotely, supervise in the field and take control of all aspects of pilot staff management
- provide and arrange training and constructive pilot feedback to ensure they are working correctly
- complete drone service work as per the needs of the business – mostly in South Wales but may be required elsewhere
- evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements regularly
- manage and renew key company credentials such as ISO9001, CHAS and CAA renewals in conjunction with the Office Manager
- manage procurement process of new drone related equipment and keep the asset register up to date
