Responsibility
- to complete palletised deliveries to mainly commercial customers.There can also be refridgerated delvieries which wont require any handballing
- drivers will be required to collect and deliver fresh produce from around West Sussex and/or make deliveries to main distribution hubs
- to complete palletised deliveries to mainly commercial customers. There can also be refrigerated deliveries which won’t require any handballing
- drivers must comply with all driver rules and regulations whilst out on assignment
- to have a good understanding of driver rules and regulations and to report any defects or issues to the supervisor/manager
- all checks must be completed prior to starting and any defects found must be reported to the transport manager/supervisor
- all new drivers will be required to complete a brief driving assessment prior to starting their day
- to operate a HGV1 with a double deck trailer running up to the main midlands hub to unload and reload goods to bring back down to the south
