- we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our small team of 4
- the focus is very much on everyone pulling weight for team success as opposed to individual desks being "worked"
- we work in a very team focussed environment where no single person takes full responsibility for a client or candidate and instead we play to team strengths and spread the work evenly
- this is emphasised more so with on call, where everyone does an even split of on call regardless of which client has an issue
- our on call service is designed to provide clients and candidates with an emergency number should they have an issue which cannot be resolved within normal office hours; such as, sickness calls, emergency next day bookings, accidents etc
