driver Hire Burton are recruiting a Hire & Sales Coordinator for a client based in Swadlincote on a permanent basis
this is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress within the company
as the first point of contact at the depot, you will play a pivotal role within the business by building strong customer relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring you can meet them
managing approx. 30-40 incoming and outgoing hires per day
load checking vehicles and working effectively with the depot team of drivers and fitters
ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand and maximise sales opportunities
Requirements
previous experience working within a hire desk role is essential
excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales
effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
up to £25k dependant on experience
