Responsibility

  • driver Hire Burton are recruiting a Hire & Sales Coordinator for a client based in Swadlincote on a permanent basis
  • this is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress within the company
  • as the first point of contact at the depot, you will play a pivotal role within the business by building strong customer relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring you can meet them
  • managing approx. 30-40 incoming and outgoing hires per day
  • load checking vehicles and working effectively with the depot team of drivers and fitters
  • ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand and maximise sales opportunities

Requirements

  • previous experience working within a hire desk role is essential
  • excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales
  • effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • up to £25k dependant on experience
  • competitive salary and bonus scheme
