DRIVE FUZE is looking for employees for positions:
- supporting all prospective customers with any initial queries or questions they may have about our products
- assisting all prospective customers with the onboarding process
- communicate with all prospective customers through their preferred channel
- liaise with different departments to arrange delivery and contract requirements
- periodically send emails to all prospective customers
- responsible for set group of customers throughout the life of their subscription
- manage all Maintenance and Insurance enquiries, liaising directly with third party suppliers on behalf of the customer
- make contact for all fines/ convictions received for your group of customers
- proven experience of Customer Services within a fleet, customer centric environment
- experience of dealing with customers in relation to vehicle contracts and/or agreements
- experience working within a fast- paced environment
- strong team player
- basic customer service soft skills
- ability to use a PC and pick up the use of systems quickly
- customer service: 1 year
