Responsibility
- drinkstuff is an online retailer of table, bar and glassware

- responsible for dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner via the telephone and email
- be the point of contact for our customers and develop and maintain relationships to enhance the customer experience
- processing quotes and sales orders using our bespoke administration system and CRM system
- support to the Field Sales Representatives
- effective handling of customer data and payments in line with PCI and GDPR policies
- we have been online since the early days of the internet and have established a reputation with out customers as an inspirational, sometimes quirky and fun supplier
Requirements
- some Customer service and administrative experience
- some knowledge of Sales desirable, but not essential as training will be given
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work alone but also as part of a team
- excellent organisational skills
- ability to work fast paced environment
- problem solver and logical thinker
- good attention to detail
