Responsibility

  • manage and grow our email database, including segmentation and targeting
  • collaborate with the other marketing team members & the sales teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with other marketing initiatives
  • continuously monitor and optimise email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • develop and execute email marketing campaigns & direct mailing from start to finish, including creating content, designing templates, setting up automation, and tracking results
  • stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and new trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective Work with our Wellbeing Committee to produce internal newsletters

Requirements

  • experience as an Email Marketing Executive, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • experience in both B2B & B2C industries
  • HTML knowledge to create and execute transactional emails
  • analytical skills and ability to use data to drive results
  • experience using HubSpot, or a similar platform
  • A CIM or equivalent qualification in marketing, or communications would be advantageous
  • excellent communication & copywriting skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
