manage and grow our email database, including segmentation and targeting
collaborate with the other marketing team members & the sales teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with other marketing initiatives
continuously monitor and optimise email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
develop and execute email marketing campaigns & direct mailing from start to finish, including creating content, designing templates, setting up automation, and tracking results
stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and new trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective Work with our Wellbeing Committee to produce internal newsletters
Requirements
experience as an Email Marketing Executive, preferably in an e-commerce environment
experience in both B2B & B2C industries
HTML knowledge to create and execute transactional emails
analytical skills and ability to use data to drive results
experience using HubSpot, or a similar platform
A CIM or equivalent qualification in marketing, or communications would be advantageous
excellent communication & copywriting skills
ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
