- process incoming returns as efficiently and quickly as possible – receive customer returns, thoroughly inspect all goods to ensure that they have been returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, and issue refunds or store credit to customers
- general housekeeping of area and warehouse
- additional admin to meet requirements of business
Requirements
- retail or stockroom experience
- experience within returns would be desirable
- experience within fashion would be desirable
- sense of responsibility
- eager to learn and improve skills
- quick learner
- computer literate – the role involves a lot of computer use, so it is vital that the candidate is confident using a variety of different computer packages
