  • research venues, suppliers, and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire
  • produce detailed proposals for the event
  • coordinating activities on the day of an event and implementing backup plans when necessary
  • ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • provide the Director with regular updates
  • assist with marketing the event
