Responsibility
- located in the heart of the city of Belfast, Dream Apartments are looking for a skilled and confident maintenance operative with proactive & flexible attitude and a great team player. An immediate start will be available to the right candidate
- to keep the apartment facilities in optimum operating condition by performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance in line with apartment policies and procedures
Requirements
- experience in a similar position preferred
- an excellent team player with strong communication skills, and a positive approach to their work
- ability to self-motivate and work alone
- basic knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems and/or painting & decorating preferred
- essential Criteria - Driving License
