marketing manager

Responsibility

  • conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns
  • oversee the planning and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, digital, events and content marketing
  • develop and execute a comprehensive events plan, collaborating across the company to define event goals, messaging, and desired outcomes
  • develop approaches to maximise lead generation opportunities during events, including lead capture methods, interactive experiences, and engaging demonstrations
  • serve as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery of projects, and effective collaboration
  • collaborate with agencies to define campaign objectives, develop creative concepts, and review performance metrics to achieve maximum ROI
  • conduct regular agency performance evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-quality agency partnerships
  • work with the Head of Brand to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards

Requirements

  • relevant qualification in marketing
  • demonstrable experience in the technology industry or immersive experiences sector is highly desirable
  • proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing plans, including SEM, SEO, social media, digital and content marketing
  • demonstrated experience in managing marketing agencies, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and budget management
  • proficiency in content creation including copywriting
  • any demonstrable skills in photography, videography or design are welcome
  • excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
