- we are looking for someone with existing knowledge of credit control and sale ledger billing, along with strong administration skills
- accurate raising of customer invoices within the internal job management system, invoices to be raised daily
- ensure invoices raised are sent to customers in a timely manner
- ensure invoices are submitted via customer portals where required
- liaise with customers and respond to any queries with invoices
- contact customers via phone and email to chase payments
- A new opportunity has arisen for a Credit & Billing Controller to join the team at Drainage 2000 Ltd on a full-time permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business over the last 12 months
- maintain accurate records/documentation within the job management system
