Responsibility
- working closely with the Global Head of Portfolio & Strategy on strategic planning, business transformation, and project planning
- creating and maintaining robust Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, and Schedules
- proactively managing stakeholder relationships across different locations to ensure expectations are managed and achieved
- ensuring delivery of projects according to agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
- co-chair PSC meetings, creating decks, and presenting to internal & external stakeholders
- managing & influencing internal and external resources (account managers, product managers
- managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues of the projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that all changes are logged, assessed, and approved accordingly
- reporting progress and providing frequent status updates to various groups of stakeholders
Requirements
- project Management
- experience in using project management tools
- excellent prioritisation skills and willing to go the extra mile to get things done on time
- multi-cultural mindset as this role requires frequent interactions with stakeholders globally
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- pro-active team player & communicator with a strategic mindset to solve roadblocks swiftly regardless of the project management methodologies
- human design thinking experience is preferred
- experience in project managing digital products and services with frequent interactions with product managers, developers, QAs, and senior stakeholders is a must
