- we are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work a mixture of shifts
- chrysalis is a 24/7 Residential Parenting Assessment Centre
- parents reside at the Centre for 12 weeks in order to demonstrate their ability to safely care for their family

- the main features of the post requires successful candidates to observe, monitor and record family interactions and parenting skill throughout the day, ensuring children are safeguarded
