Responsibility
- our servers are the face of our restaurant and are responsible for delivering an unforgettable guest experience
- welcome guests upon their arrival
- responsible for serving and seating guests; answering questions about our food or menu
- assist other restaurants with similar tasks; refilling water, taking orders, and providing assistance
- maintain the cleanliness of the dining area; remove dirty dishes, takeouts, and take-out boxes
- answer questions about our food or menu; explain special items in the menu
- maintain proper storage of restaurant items; put away dishes, plates, utensils, and cleaning supplies
- as a server at Dragon pearl, you will be responsible for serving guests and maintaining a positive, helpful, and professional guest experience
