  • work collaboratively within both practices with existing Clinical Pharmacists in dealing with day-to-day medication queries and reviews and liaising with GPs, other practice staff and members of the primary healthcare team to manage patient care and through this support high quality, safe, cost effective, rational and evidence-based prescribing
  • evolve and establish flexible critical thinking in the clinical decision-making processes needed to deliver safe and effective care in modern General Practice
