Responsibility

  • due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer
  • due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a residential/Commercial conveyancer
  • you will be responsible for carrying out all legal aspects on residential property transactions including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered properties
  • we would also be happy to consider applicants who are qualified by experience
  • ideally you will have at least 1 year post qualification experience although consideration will also be given to candidates with less who can demonstrate a clear level of skill in this area of law
  • you will be responsible for carrying out all legal aspects on residential and commercial property transactions including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered properties
  • closing date for applications is July 15th 2023
  • the type of transactions you will be dealing with could include Purchases, Sales, Remortgages, Auctions, New Build, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equity, Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation
