  • assist the estimator with tenders by completing take-offs, reviewing subcontractor quotes and obtaining material costs
  • prepare project cash flow estimates
  • manage and assess variations and provide accurate costs for additional works
  • commercial management and cost control
  • attend regular site meetings with clients
  • manage project valuations and ensure prompt payments
  • procurement
  • maintaining good working relationships with clients as well as subcontractors

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • ideally main contactor experience but not essential
  • surveying: 1 year
