Responsibility
- perform high-quality welding and fabrication work on a variety of metal materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to accurately produce metal components and structures
- operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- inspect and assess the quality of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements
- collaborate with the engineering and production teams to support the fabrication process and contribute to project success
- adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in the heavy engineering or metal fabrication industry preferred
- proficiency in various welding techniques, such as STICK, MIG or TIG
- ability to work with different types of metals, including ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
- familiarity with welding equipment and tools
- attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
- effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
