Responsibility
- carrying out plumbing/pipework and remedial work, in line with company procedures and method statements
- ensure all work records and forms are complete and accurate using app based software
- ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and recorded and are complete and accurate
- carry out water system monitoring, PPM works or installations on hot and cold water systems
- working within the guidance provided by ACOP L8/HTM 04-01, HSG274 and associated company documents, and guidance, to ensure that any plant worked on is safe and free from the risks presented by Legionella. Training will be given on these
- the company operates nationally, although predominantly in the South East. A willingness to travel and stay away at times is required. All costs associated with travel are paid for
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing, or City & Guilds in Plumbing
- problem solving skills
- excellent time management
- excellent customer service and communication skills
