  • manage the supply of stationery, swag, office stock and pantry items
  • organising staff/visitor travel and accommodation, including hotel bookings & flights/trains
  • maintaining petty cash and team ordering
  • overseeing building & safety maintenance
  • ensure fire drills run smoothly
  • responsible for managing relevant contracts such as cleaning, security, maintenance
  • oversee the budget for facilities including budget forecast, monthly tracking, purchasing and weekly credit card reconciliation
