Requirements
- experience in childcare or working with individuals with autism is preferred
- ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- experience of identifying and supporting others to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
- ability to demonstrate a ‘can do’ approach that will give confidence to linkers/carers and families we are working with
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- ability to deliver Personal Care
- knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for them
Responsibility
- the role will include supporting our clients to get them ready for School
