Requirements
experience in childcare or working with individuals with autism is preferred
ability to administer medications accurately and safely
experience of identifying and supporting others to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
ability to demonstrate a ‘can do’ approach that will give confidence to linkers/carers and families we are working with
valid driver's license and clean driving record
ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
ability to deliver Personal Care
knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for them
