Responsibility
- to handle wedding, conference, meeting, event and private party enquires received by the hotel and convert them into bookings
- the Best Western Premier Hotel is on a major expansion investment program which will see guest rooms increase to 122 , an additional function room and a new Bar Bistro coming on line within 12 months
- to liaise with wedding and event suppliers and negotiate the best arrangements for our functions at the hotel
- to cater for the expansion we are looking for a professional manager to be responsible for the marketing and efficient operation of our events. meetings and weddings
- to compile the annual Special Events program for the Hotel and to book the artists
- perform any other responsibilities or task assigned by the General Manager
- to increase the sale of weddings, conferences, meetings, events and private parties at the Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa
- to attend Wedding Shows and other suitable shows to promote the Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa as the number 1 venue in the Dover District
