- dovecote View has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our family orientated, family owned residential care home in Chichester
- at Dovecote View, it is our ethos to provide care to our residents of a standard we would expect for our own loved ones
- to lead the care provision within the home, and deputise for the Registered Manager during periods of absence
- supporting our residents and our team is very important to us, and we are looking for someone to join our team who can really shine and make a difference to the lives of others by demonstrating warmth and leadership in their role
- candidates should also have a positive and empowering attitude, be emotionally resilient, and want to make a difference in people's lives on a day to day basis
- ensure effective communication and relationship building between all staff, residents and their families/visitors
- as Assistant Manager at Dovecote View, you will be responsible for providing frontline leadership to staff, ensuring all staff are supported, as well as providing on-going support to the Home’s Manager
