Responsibility

  • undertake repairs/alterations of Technical apparel
  • unpicking and re-stitching of seams in preparation for custom decoration
  • re-work including use of sewing machine and technical equipment, labelling and re-packing stock for customer orders/finished goods
  • quality checking of all custom decorated orders
  • assisting with processing of trade and end consumer returns
  • assisting with quality checks on incoming samples/range product
  • work closely with the Customer Support team to meet customer requirements
  • contribute to continuous improvement in procedures and processes
