we ask our Assistant Managers to know as much about our business as the General Managers do. After all, they take on the responsibility for the teams and are accountable for the business in the GM’s absence

maintaining a safe and clean work environment
handling customer complaints and resolving issues if we haven’t got it quite right
acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
supervising employees and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing to their best in a fun and enjoyable environment
Requirements
it will be in a fast-paced environment at peak times and as such we are looking for a manager who has energy and experience within the restaurant industry, who can talk passionately about how they manage and lead teams
