DOSTHILL TYRES is looking for employees for positions:
tyre fitter
Responsibility
- inspect, install, and repair tyres on various vehicles including cars, vans
- use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tyre-related tasks
- perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- assist customers with tyre selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
Requirements
- proven mechanical knowledge is essential for this role
- experience using hand tools and power tools is required
- ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during tyre installation and repairs
- previous experience in the automotive industry or as a tyre technician is advantageous but not mandatory
