Responsibility

  • assisting with personal care
  • encouraging clients’ independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • encouraging and supporting clients with the development of their personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • assisting clients with their health care needs such as accompanying the client to routine. appointments and check-ups and administrating medication
  • liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest standards
  • assisting with domestic tasks including shopping, cleaning, washing & cooking

Requirements

  • passionate about care, you will also have a winning personality that shines through in your professional career
  • strong work ethic and want to join an organisation that shares the values of humanity, optimism, decency, compassion, loyalty and creativity
  • full Driving License with own car OR alternative travel methods
  • previous experience as a Carer, Support Worker or HCA is an advantage but not mandatory. If you don't have the necessary experience but have a passion for care then please do send through an application as full training will be provided
