Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- proven experience as a technical talent acquisition partner/technical recruitment or in a similar role, within a technology-focused organization
- solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends

- strong knowledge of candidate assessment techniques, including technical interviews and coding assessments
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

- minimum 3+ years of experience with technical recruitment, sourcing and technical talent selection
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights
- ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
