- full-time
Responsibility
- undertaking the pre-construction activities including agreeing the price, payment terms, terms & conditions generally and ultimately the contract documents
- agreeing prices and services with our sub-contracted Installers some of whom work within the context of a Framework
- making payments to our Installers
- day to day Contract Administration including variations, applications for payment and notices
- liaising with the finance team on our cash collection
- manage commercial risks
- working within cross functional teams, to deliver projects to the correct price and quality, on or ahead of programme and on or under budget
- report project costs through a Monthly Cost Report
Requirements
- A commercial and enterprising approach - find value not just cost reduction, manage risk, understand the financial principles of a project such a budgetary control, cash flows, fluctuations, and project variations
