we are looking for an experienced aspiring Chef De Partie or a Sous Chef to join our team as second chef. As well as providing day to day support there’s lots of opportunities to provide creativity and input into our small seasonally changing menu
you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, working 5 days a week 2 of which are splits with 2 clear days off
order ingredients and maintain an appropriate stock system and par levels
