- use software such as CAD, Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and 3ds Max to create architectural designs
- collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- manage all aspects of the design process from concept to completion
- prepare drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects
- negotiate contracts with clients and contractors
- conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- utilize Project Management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- proficiency in CAD, Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and other relevant software
- strong ability to sketch and visualize design concepts
- experience with Project Management in architectural projects
- knowledge of building codes and regulations
- excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- familiarity with 3ds Max, ArchiCAD is a plus
- architecture: 2 years
