Education

Requirements
proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role
excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
ability to lead and motivate a team
problem-solving and decision-making abilities
proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
