Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
