Responsibility
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
- assist in maintaining and improving our DevOps practices, including automation of build, deployment, and release processes
- provide 3rd line support to debug and either resolve or escalate system and user related issues
- assist in the QA testing of new releases and builds, including the creating or updating of automated test scripts
- monitor and troubleshoot production systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
- assist in managing cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure, ensuring proper configuration and optimal performance
- participate in the implementation of security measures to protect our SaaS platform and data
- stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our DevOps practices
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
