  • you will be required to perform basic administrative support duties, as requested, to meet specific operational objectives

  • our support services are primarily Windows based
  • providing assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
  • firmware and software updates for all server and workstation environments
  • you will be required to provide support to all these environments
