our patisserie department in central London where our signature pâtisserie and viennoiserie items and cakes are freshly baked each day under the watchful eye of our Head of Bakery
as a Pastry Sous Chef at Aubaine, you will support us with managing the daily operation of the pastry department. You will be an excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, but will you also enjoy working independently
passion for producing high number of quality products
you will be working in a customer faced environment so a good personal presentation and a friendly, helpful manner is a must
