we are an established and growing business now actively seeking an experienced administrator to help with the smooth running of our fast-paced manufacturing business
by joining our team, you will be part of a business which has a passion for designing and making furniture of the highest standard
you will be liasing with clients and suppliers daily, as well as providing invaluable support to the rest of the back office team
creation of client samples from request to approval
10. General office duties, including but not limited to, keeping everything “customer ready”, maintaining stationery & first aid supplies etc
assisting the projects team with a variety of administrative tasks
Requirements
willingness to learn new systems
proven knowledge and experience of general office administration tasks
good communication and interpersonal skills
excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
