Responsibility

  • we are an established and growing business now actively seeking an experienced administrator to help with the smooth running of our fast-paced manufacturing business
  • by joining our team, you will be part of a business which has a passion for designing and making furniture of the highest standard
  • you will be liasing with clients and suppliers daily, as well as providing invaluable support to the rest of the back office team
  • creation of client samples from request to approval
  • 10. General office duties, including but not limited to, keeping everything “customer ready”, maintaining stationery & first aid supplies etc
  • assisting the projects team with a variety of administrative tasks

Requirements

  • willingness to learn new systems
  • proven knowledge and experience of general office administration tasks
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
