  • proven experience in managing and leading teams in a domiciliary care setting
  • in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, including CQC requirements

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to effectively manage multiple teams and prioritise tasks
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibility

  • conduct regular audits and checks to maintain and improve service quality
  • identify training needs and provide or facilitate training opportunities for staff
  • prepare and submit reports, including financial, operational, and performance reports, to the Director/Owner
  • conduct regular forecasting and resource planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and effective service delivery
