- become the design and UI lead for all projects – design, modify and unify existing user interfaces and customer journeys

Requirements
- minimum of 3 years Web Design experience in a commercial environment
- A track record of high-quality UI delivery on complex web and mobile projects
- this is a numerically focused business, and the ideal candidate will be able to hold their own in metric based conversations
- A diverse portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design across web and UX
- knowledge of best practices in design and customer experience alongside industry trends
- A solid understanding of the digital eco-sphere including various traffic sources
- UI Design Experience in a Commercial Environment: 2 years
- flexible and able to perform under tight deadlines
