- we are an expanding Linux and Cloud consultancy based in Farnborough, Hampshire. As we take on more customers, we’re looking for a number of talented colleagues to join our team
- you’ll get to work on some fantastic projects with clients which include large national corporations as well as small agencies. We’re a small team so you’ll quickly have an opportunity to make your mark
- being a point of contact for our customers, via phone, email, and online chat, and responding accurately and promptly to customer queries
Requirements
- demonstrable practical IT experience
- for the junior levels this may be in the form of a qualification or work experience
- highly computer-literate and tech-savvy, understanding that online engagement is crucial to the success of our business
- pragmatism; being committed to getting things done while understanding tradeoffs
- A high level of self-motivation and self-awareness
- strong communication and organisation skills
- for mid and senior level, we would be looking for experience working with users in a support role and production systems at an appropriate level
- security awareness - you understand the importance of security best practices and know how to assess risks and implement mitigations
