  • some of your key responsibilities will be supporting recruitment processes, advising both management and employees on personnel matters, conducting routine administration tasks and providing advice to managers on compensation and benefits, including validation of the monthly payroll report

Requirements

  • relevant university degree in HR Management or other business-related disciplines
  • HR Diploma, relevant Professional Qualification or demonstrably working towards qualification
  • relevant HR experience in a dynamic environment, preferable from HR and organisational development within the Subsea Energy Sector
  • excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the employees and managers/supervisor
  • thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant employment legislation
  • ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders
  • reporting to the Regional HR Manager
