Responsibility

• DONUT BAKER Approx 24-40 hours per week

• please note the general hours for this role are 10am to 6pm but we can be flexible for the right candidate
• we are looking for someone with various knowledge and experience in baking Cookies, Brownies, Brookies etc to join our fast growing business
• previous experience of work in a commercial but artisan bakery environment where consistency to produce high quality eye catching product is essential
• someone who has run there own business but is looking for the safety of a good salary and less stress would suit this role perfectly

Requirements

• to be able to produce great quality baked products to a high standard sometimes under pressure if numbers are high
• familiarity with professional equipment including ovens, mixers, prover, fryers etc
• aware of ingredient costs and wastage
