collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
interact with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and social media channels to provide solutions to their queries, concerns, and complaints
continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Requirements
previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
customer service
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
