Responsibility
ability to utilise pricing systems efficiently whilst being willing to proactively resolve any ad hoc/quoted pricing needs
ensure precise processing of all sales orders and communicate with the Factory Manager to determine lead times and production factors
provide detailed CAD drawings to accompany quotes as required
efficiently handle the sales pipeline by maintaining consistent and scheduled communication throughout the entire sales cycle
in case of bespoke product inquiries, collaborate with appropriate personnel from the office and factory to discuss design, production and cost-related aspects as needed
utilise the company’s freight calculator to determine suitable freight options and associated costs and coordinate with the Dispatch Administrator in case of any freight-related matters
Requirements
prior experience in customer service, sales, sales estimator, or sales administration positions is necessary
experience in CAD drawing would be advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided
computer literate and some exposure to an ERP system
developing and maintaining relationships with clients
self-motivated, values driven and target focused coupled with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a quality focus
