Requirements
- you have excellent attention to detail and concern for quality
- supervision of a sewing team inclusive of performance management, absence management, team development, training and work assignment
- accountable for all employee training including equipment operations, task completion and safety procedures
- responsible for meeting team output targets effectively, efficiently, on-time, to specification and with minimum waste
- work with the Production Manager on continuous improvement of processes using LEAN methodologies
- ensure all employees always adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policy
- ensure that employees set, test and inspect work and equipment in line with the Company’s Quality Policy
- to organise overtime when and where required
