Requirements
- educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
- several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
- ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
- operational experience with machine controls
- customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
- IT skills
Responsibility
- on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls
- support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
- preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information
- delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope
