Responsibility
- provide a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, blow drying and styling
- upsell and cross sell all salon, studio and clinic products and services to clients
- maintain a clean and organised studio and front of house
- provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- mentor and train junior stylists
- assist with front desk duties
- contribute to retail sales by promoting and selling salon products
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2
- proven experience as a hair stylist or similar role
- proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
- stylist: 2 years
- hairdressing: 2 years
